Start detoxing your body!

What are you benefits of detoxing your body and who should do a detox? Where to start and types of detoxing methods. We will go over a few to give you a general idea. Detoxing methods has been in use for thousands of years. Many countries have been using detoxing methods far before we had the knowledge. But we will be talking about today's method of detoxing given our current state of living. There foods we eat. The toxins in tobacco. The sugars we consume and more! Why not go full throttle and get as healthy as possible? In todays segment we will go over some ways to get you to detox your body and body parts. Lets jump right into it!



Lets start from the bottom! Literally! Detoxing your feet is the most simplest way to start and does not take much work at all. In fact not only is detoxing your feet simple and easy, its more so relaxing. There are many forms of detoxing your feet and lets jump into the most effective ways. One of the most effective ways to detox the feet is to do a old fashion method of foot and soak. Doing so can be very relaxing if the warm/hot foot tub or bucket is in use right before bedtime. What will you need?


1 cup of eptom salt

Foot tub or Deep bucket

Towel


And believe me it is as simple as it sounds. You want the water to cover the entire foot and ankles. First thing you should do is fill the foot tub or bucket with hot water. Water should be enough to cover your feet along with the top of your ankles. Add in one cup of eptom salt and wait 5 mins or so before putting your feet in. After the water has cooled down , put your feet in the bucket and relax. After roughly 10 mins or take your feet out of the bucket and dry off with a towel. Go to sleep. I suggest doing a 10 min foot detox 3-4 times a week. Detoxing your feet can remove blood clots and boost your immune system not only after getting over a cold but in general can be used as a preventitive measurse to keep your immune system strong.




Smokers? Congrats on taking the steps forward to in stop smoking! Now lets get your lungs cleaned out and back working to 100%


Many people who smoke ciggarettes have some pretty good damage done to their lungs over years and years of smoking. Many people cant even begin to do the simple things in life like walk up and down the stairs without hacking up a lung. Lol thats just a saying in fact its almost impossible to do that. But seriously not being able to doing simple things in life because of lung damage is not cool. Its rough and embarassing.



The good news is that with proper care you can begin the process of restoring your lungs health today. As a matter of fact you can start right now. Lets make this happen and lets clear the lungs once and for all. I dont care if you have been smoking for 40 min or 40 years. Today is the last day of the old you.


Lets start with foods. Now that you have decieded to stop smoking we can start the cleanse. The cleanse that we will start with is eating fiber rich foods. Fiber foods include beans, raw green leafy vegetables, kale, brown rice, carrots, cabbage, asparagus, peas and whole grains. Consuming these types of foods on a daily will get rid of the toxins from ciggerettes over time.


Garlic is another food that will help clean out your lungs. Garlic Cloves contains allicin, which helps in clearing the lungs. I love garlic and it also comes with these amazing benefits? This is a no brainer to me. I suggest consuming garlic at least 2 times a week with food.


Juicing is also a great way to cleanse the lungs after ciggerette smoking. 100% real juice is great for flushing out toxins. Fresh carrot, celery, beet, apple, tomato, and grape juices are great for cleansing the body.Beet juice, asparagus juice, tomato juices and grapefruit juice help to get rid of the toxins from cigarette smoking.


Jucing with these powerful fast acting juices will speed up the cleanse. If you can manage to add 30mins of exercising this will also be a added benefit. Getting your heart rate to 60-70% of its max only 10mins a day will allow you to build a foundation for sweating out toxins. When you combine all these tools your on your way to a weekly detox without really trying. Just a few small changes here and there and before your know it your a jim rat lol. Eating healthier, moving more, more energy ect... The list can go on and on. Once your skin starts to get rid of all the crap thats inside you will start seeing your skin shine. Your hair will grow thicker and your nails will be healthy.


In addition you will also have the benefit of body fat loss and weight loss! That is the most un talked about benefit that I have noticed. My people lose pounds along with pure body fat after detoxing with only 30 days or less. So that stubbon 5lbs could be reduced by adding what we have learned in todays segment.
