Hi I'm Alicia Linan twenty five years old. Just little over a year ago I've changed my lifestyle by getting serious about way I eat and fitness. Started when I got hired at a local gym near my home and decided to take advantage of the knowledge of Chavez Harris personal trainer I worked with. Not only did he show me daily workouts and healthy eating habits, but gave me the motivation and knowledge I needed everyday. Working out with him three times a week for a year transformed my body completely. I used to think the lower the scale the better starting at weight 125lbs to today I weigh about 140 with 20% body fat, and I couldn't love my body more. Just so you ladies know weight lifting does not make you look like a man ( as I used to say myself). I weight lift probably five times a week and only add in twenty minutes of cardio here and there n I maintain my small figure but definitely added muscle tone. I couldn't have done it without my personal trainer Chavez he definitely changed my life and gave me the confidence I have today in and out the gym.

I started going to the gym a few years ago and since I began going i tried out several trainers. I was looking for a trainer that could show me new ways to improve in my physical training activity as well as emotional support along my journey. Chavez Harris has been motivational for me to get to the gym and helped me push myself harder then I would. With his help I can avoid doing the same routine and my muscles are constantly doing activities that are new. He also helps encourage me to get through the sets when I start to show down. He knows that I'm always working towards some goal and reminds me my goal when I need that extra push. He's very easy going and easy to talk to which for me was just as important as finding someone who could train me well.
