It is very important to stay hydrated all year around and in this blog we are going to tackle some ways to stay hydrated other than just plain water. I want to be very clear. Water is the best way to stay hydrated. Our bodies are built to burn fat and in order to do so food has to go though the digestive stage. Water aids in 90% of digestion. In fact many people have digestive issues simply because thier hydration levels are not nearly close to where they should be.
There are many suggestions on how much water you should be drinking and im going to cut to the chase. Does not matter male or female. We should be intaking 1/2 of our body weight in oz of water daily. I know this may sound like alot however its not that bad if you do it in moderation. Most people have the option to drink every1-2hours. This is by far way more effective than these granted smoke breaks. Even if you are a smoker you could use this time to knockout a bottle of water. Example. if your current weight is 200lbs then throughout the day you should be drinking 100oz of water.
Be sure to add water foods into your daily diet as well.
Staying hydrated with water and foods are very possible. These are a few. However apples,oranges,grapes,iceburge lettuce, celery ect.. are some other options. And if your feeling under the weather ice chips are a great way to stay hydrated. It will give you the crunch with the hydration you need.
